Carving
Your team will hand carve every strip of pine wood by hand.
Torching
Light it up! Once the carving is done, every member get's to torch his wood to provide a unique finish.
Staining
The last step for the team is to stain each strip accordingly. This is where the flag comes to life.
The Finished Product
After the team building portion is done, we take the pieces back to our shop for gluing, clear coating and stars.
We then deliver the final creation to your facility, ready for hanging!
