When will my order ship?
Please be patient. All flags are handmade and take time. If your flag will take more than two weeks, we'll let you know.
Who is your shipper and where do you ship?
Shipping – we primarily use Fed-Ex and USPS for shipping in the continental US only. We may use both depending on rates and capabilities and a signature may be required.
Return policy
No Returns – We are not a factory, don’t carry stock…etc. Lorenzo takes care in producing high quality, custom artwork. We will try our best to resolve any issues, but once we ship a custom piece, the sale is final.
What are the payment options?
We accept major credit cards and Paypal on the website. If that is an issue, contact us via email to discuss further options.
The Heroic Flag
Our flags are for indoor use only. The pine / white wood is not pressure treated and should not be kept outside / exposed to the elements.
We make 4 sizes with lengths equal to: 18 ½”, 37”, 62” & 87”. They weigh approximately 5lbs, 9lbs, 30lbs and 75lbs, respectively.
We make 4 styles: Red Line, Blue Line, Rustic (red, natural, and blue), Red, White & Blue. We might be able to accommodate small changes (green line, blue/red line…etc.). Please email us to discuss special requests.
The front of all flags are covered with a clear coat to protect the wood. The backs are torched to provide a finished look and come ready to hang. Each piece of artwork is signed and numbered by Lorenzo.
