Frequently Asked Questions
The Answers You Need
When will my order ship?
Please be patient. All flags are handmade and take time. For all orders placed on August 4th or sooner, we plan to start filling those orders the week of August 17th and expect to be done before Christmas.
For orders placed after August 10th, we cannot guarantee delivery before Jan 1st, 2021. We will try our best, but no guarantees. If you need delivery before Jan 1st, please contact us at 908-884-8631
Who is your shipper and where do you ship?
Shipping – we primarily use Fed-Ex and USPS for shipping in the continental US only. We may use both depending on rates and capabilities and a signature may be required. If you are local to the Bradenton, FL area, you are welcome to pick up your flag when ready and meet Lorenzo in person.
Historically, Lorenzo has supported Turning Points of Bradenton and Suncoast Charities for Children in Sarasota, by both donating Heroic flags to their fundraising events as well as portions of proceeds from certain sales. His recent GoFundMe project is on track to donate $30K to Turning Points’ Veterans Assistance program.
No Returns – We are not a factory, don’t carry stock…etc. Lorenzo takes care in producing high quality, custom artwork. We will try our best to resolve any issues, but once we ship a custom piece, the sale is final.
What are the payment options?
We only accept major credit cards on the website. If that is an issue, contact us via email to discuss further options.
The Heroic Flag
Our flags are for indoor use only. The pine / white wood is not pressure treated and should not be kept outside / exposed to the elements.
We make 4 sizes with lengths equal to: 18 ½”, 37”, 62” & 87”. They weigh approximately 5lbs, 9lbs, 30lbs and 75lbs, respectively.
We make 4 styles: Red Line, Blue Line, Rustic (red, natural, and blue), Red, White & Blue. We might be able to accommodate small changes (green line, blue/red line…etc.). Please email us to discuss special requests.
The front of all flags are covered with a clear coat to protect the wood. The backs are torched to provide a finished look and come ready to hang. Each piece of artwork is signed and numbered by Lorenzo.
